Michelle Jara, BSPH
GGS Certified Menopause Health Coach

Hi, I’m Michelle! I spent 23 years living on the Mississippi Gulf Coast before my family and I relocated to Murray, Kentucky where we’ve proudly called home for nearly five years. During my time on the Gulf Coast, I earned my Bachelor of Science in Public Health Promotion with education emphasis from the University of Southern Mississippi. My passion has always been helping others improve their health and well-being.

As I began experiencing my own menopause symptoms, I found myself searching for answers, too. The more I learned, the more I realized how many women were experiencing confusion and frustration. That inspired me to become a Girls Gone Strong (GGS) Certified Menopause Health Coach and ultimately create Menopause Clarity Collective.

Today, my mission is to provide evidence-informed menopause education, practical guidance, and compassionate support in a welcoming environment. Whether you’re just beginning to notice changes or have been struggling with symptoms for years, I’m here to help you better understand your body, explore your options, and feel more confident as you move through menopause. As part of that mission, I’m continually partnering with trusted companies to offer educational materials and, whenever possible, complimentary product samples that introduce women to quality products and services they may not otherwise discover. I look forward to meeting you.
